What we collect

When you submit a problem we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name where relevant, your preferred contact method, and everything you write in the submission form

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone

Why we collect it

We use it to review your submission, decide whether we can help, contact you, and carry out the work if we accept the project

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a private database. They are not public and are not visible on this website. Access is limited to the people working on your problem

We do not take card details on this website. No payment information is collected or stored here

How long we keep it

We keep submission records for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal and accounting duties. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it

Sharing

We do not share your submission publicly. Where an investigation needs outside expertise, we share only what is necessary, and we do so without revealing your identity where that is practical

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details you were given, or reply to your confirmation email
