Questions
What kinds of problems do you take?
Business, personal, and problems inside charities or other organisations. It should matter to you, and be clear enough for us to look at properly
What do you turn down?
Anything that involves harm or deception, and anything that sits against our principles. We also say no when we do not think we can genuinely help
Will you definitely find an answer?
If we believe we wouldn't be able to find a solution for your problem, we would say so and refund your deposit in full
What happens after I submit?
We read it within 24 hours. You then hear either that we have accepted it, or that we have declined and your deposit is on its way back
When does the 48 to 72 hours start?
Once we have accepted and have what we need from you. Complicated problems usually take longer, and we tell you the timing after we read it
What if you decline my problem?
You get your deposit back in full
Why is there a deposit?
It is 10% of the price. It holds the time we spend reading and deciding. If we accept, it counts towards the total. If we decline, you get it back
When do I pay the rest?
Within three working days after we deliver
What do I actually get?
A private call where we talk you through what we found, and one page you can act on. What we found, what we think you should do, why, what to do first, and what still worries us
How will we talk?
Once we accept, you get a direct line to your problem lead. We confirm your submission by email
Is travel included?
Yes, for On-Site Resolution. Anywhere we can safely and sensibly get to
Can I send more than one problem?
Yes. Send them separately. If they are linked, a Custom Engagement usually suits better
Is what I send kept private?
Yes. Submissions are stored privately and never published. Only the people working on your problem can see them
